Domestic Shipments
- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $49. For orders under $49, exact shipping rates apply.
- We partner with reliable carriers. Once packages leave our facility, we are not responsible for carrier transit errors or delays.
Order Processing
- Processing takes 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). You will be notified by email in the event of raw material delays.
Payment Security
- Payments are charged securely via credit card. We do not store or collect payment details.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Some items are ineligible for expedited shipping due to size, weight, or delivery address.
- Standard Ground (4–6 business days): Available across all 50 states. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii take an additional 2–5 days, incur a $15 delivery fee, and are excluded from free shipping promotions.
- Second Day (2 business days): Available for select products within the contiguous U.S. Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST ship the same day; orders placed after 2:00 PM EST process the next business day. Requires a valid street address.
- Next Day (1 business day): Available for select products within the contiguous U.S. at applicable rates.
